With “Buy it outright” you pay once and I hand over the files, and you look after hosting yourself. With “Built and hosted” you pay upfront, then a monthly fee that covers hosting and your domain name, and I keep the site online and make small updates for you.

Yes. If you buy outright you can move to hosting at any time. If you’re hosted and want to take over yourself, I’ll hand you the latest files.
With “Built and hosted”, yes. Your domain name (like yourbusiness.co.uk) is included in the £25 monthly fee and I set it up for you. With “Buy it outright” you buy your own domain, and I can talk you through it.
It can have the same kind of animations and polish, but it will be designed around your business, your brand and your customers, not copied from this page.
